We are fully organized in the cloud on the Salesforce platform, integrated with our Warehouse Management System. This forms the foundation for the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials. All activities we carry out are linked to your retail locations, which we refer to as Account Locations. For each of these locations, we can create detailed profiles, enabling us to precisely determine which types and quantities of POS materials should be sent, and providing you with tailored order recommendations.
The Account Locations database is updated in real-time and can be edited simultaneously by multiple stakeholders, such as Area Managers. This enables quick action during the rollout of new campaigns or initiatives. Even in the case of large shipment rounds, with 300 to 500 locations, we can still accommodate ‘custom orders.’ This approach prevents POS materials from going unused or being wasted. Additionally, all shipments can be tracked and traced, allowing both us and the client to monitor progress at every step.
By leveraging this system, we ensure a streamlined, efficient process for delivering the right materials to the right locations at the right time.
