Since 2020, Sarawak Nederland has been a trusted partner for Bosch Power Tools, providing tailored merchandising solutions across the Benelux. The collaboration includes a dedicated team of 4 merchandisers and 2 Shop-in-Shop Sales Promoters, all working to support Bosch Power Tools Account Managers.
Visits: 1,235 store visits with varying frequencies across different retail locations.
Added Value: A dedicated team focused on building and maintaining relationships with retail locations, optimizing product availability and visibility. Their goal is to secure prime store locations, boost direct sales volumes with store managers, and provide Bosch Power Tools Account Managers with key insights to aid in negotiations with the headquarters of various retail chains.
Reporting: All activities are tracked and visible 24/7 via the dashboard within the Sarawak Bosch Power Tools community.
BOSCH POWER TOOLS – DAILY ACTIVITIES
Building Relationships with Retail Locations:
In collaboration with stores, the team installs additional displays to enhance product visibility, creating a win-win scenario for both parties.
Shelf Management:
Ensuring that all shelves are neat, organized, and correctly stocked. This includes price tags, inventory, show models, and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) installation.
Negotiating with Store Managers:
Securing deals related to shelf space, end-caps, demo islands, displays, and coordinating larger purchasing agreements.
Training and Informing Store Staff:
Providing product training, highlighting unique selling points, and equipping store staff with essential tools to effectively sell Bosch Power Tools products.
By maintaining a close connection with the sales floor and ensuring the right in-store experience, the team contributes to both the visibility and sales success of Bosch Power Tools across the region.
