In mid-2020, Sarawak Nederland partnered with Xiaomi to support their growth in the telecom sector. Xiaomi requested a dedicated team of Field Account Managers, Shop-in-Shop Managers, and Sales Promoters to help raise awareness of their telecom offerings across retail channels such as Media Markt throughout the Netherlands.
Xiaomi’s commitment to expansion became clear early in 2021 when they requested an increase in the number of Shop-in-Shop and End-Cap locations across all Media Markt stores, not only in the Netherlands but also in Belgium and Luxembourg. In addition, they significantly expanded the team of Field Account Managers. With targeted promotional activities, special offers, and an expanded product lineup, Xiaomi was able to achieve a remarkable 300% growth in Sales Out.
The growth Xiaomi experienced over the past few months has been incredible! Currently, we have a team of Field Account Managers, Shop-in-Shop Managers, Sales Promoters, and Merchandisers working to elevate Xiaomi’s business across the Benelux. Through Masterclasses and our Talent Journey program, we foster the development of our people, which in turn drives the growth of our clients. Using our Instore Excellence model, we ensure that Xiaomi’s in-store performance is optimized and that focused actions are taken where needed.
